Trufla is a very loving and sweet 7-month-old Canis Panther. Before she came to IDR+, she was hit by a car and needed costly surgeries to repair the damage. Her owners could not afford the surgery, so they signed her over to the vet who wanted to find her a home. She is healing well and often enjoys some R & R time with her foster mom and dad. She is crate trained and spends her quiet time lying down in her crate. If she is in her crate, she will let you know when it?s time to go out. However, while roaming free in the house, she may need some time to get used to where the exit door is to go out for the potty. Trufla has been working on several commands and so far knows how to come and sit. She can usually be found chewing on her favorite toy or playing a light game of tug of war with her foster brother, Slater, a male 1-year-old Canis Panther. Trufla enjoys going for short walks but will need extra learning on the leash. She is friendly with children, but may need to be watched, for she loves to give lots of puppy kisses.
